I need the silence today
Weariness overwhelms me
physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually
I so long to rest
in the calm
of Your embrace
You
are my Source
for all things needed
in life and godliness
I long to carry this quiet with me
to live in Your strength
as the day lengthens
